3. Booking & Confirmation

• All service bookings are subject to availability.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of required details and advance payment, if applicable.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding vehicle details, pickup, and delivery locations.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Service charges are based on distance, vehicle type, transportation mode, and other applicable factors.
• Prices quoted are subject to change if there is any modification in service requirements.
• Any additional services requested by the customer may incur extra charges.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during service execution.

5. Vehicle Condition & Documentation

• Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition unless otherwise agreed.
• All necessary documents, including RC copy, insurance papers, and ID proof, must be provided before transportation.
• Supreme Car Transport shall not be responsible for delays caused due to missing or incorrect documentation.

6. Prohibited Items

• Vehicles should not contain personal belongings, valuables, flammable items, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.
• The company will not be liable for loss or damage to any items left inside the vehicle.

7. Transit Time & Delays

• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, road conditions, regulatory checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The company shall not be held liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

8. Damage, Loss & Liability

• Supreme Car Transport takes utmost care to ensure safe handling and transportation of vehicles.
• Any visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
• Liability, if any, shall be limited as per agreed terms and applicable insurance coverage.
• The company shall not be responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or normal wear and tear.

9. Insurance

• Insurance coverage, if provided, is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
• Customers are advised to understand the insurance coverage details before booking the service.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance.
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service execution.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable charges.

11. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicle readiness for pickup at the scheduled time.
• Remove personal items and accessories from the vehicle.
• Be available or appoint an authorized representative during pickup and delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

Supreme Car Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, accidents, or acts of God.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

15. Amendments

Supreme Car Transport reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
